Honeywell Environmental Controls (EvC) is seeking a professional for the Sales Engineer position.

Objectives of the job:


• Sell potable water, hydronic heating and HVAC product line for projects


• Maintain and develop relationship with distributors, specifiers and project executor companies in order to improve sellings


• Act as a product group specialist for hydronic heating products


• Contribute to the execution of the business plan


Main responsibilities of the job:


• Develop the sales strategy to grow project business in compliance with the corporate policy from which a business plan is conducted.


• Organize the sales activities within the EvC product portfolio, define priorities. Control the progress and quality of the performance.


• Report periodically on the progress and results. Analyze developments and make recommendations.


• Identification of new sales opportunities for projects


• Maintain relationship with existing wholesaler companies and find new trade customers


• Participate in different marketing actions, like technical presentations, workshops, conferences, etc.


Requirements:


• Bachelor degree related to the industry


• At least five years sales experience especially project and/or trade sales preferably in the hydronic heating, water, or HVAC business


• Good language skills – English


• Creativity, effective communication skills and team orientation


• Sales attitude; client-focused, result-oriented, responsible and reliable personality


• Very good negotiating and presentation skills


• Positive thinking and taking own initiatives
